Introduction: Cerebral venous thromboembolism is a serious condition whose diagnosis and management in the emergency department vital. Although cerebral (CVT) not as common lower extremities (VTE) or pulmonary embolism (PE), several cases were reported literature that linked it to both, COVID-19 puerperium, they are at origin of hypercoagulable state.
